There are 24 chapters in all. Most of them cover specific legal arenas, such as bankruptcy, criminal law, environmental resources, estate planning, family law, intellectual property, employment, and real estate. Several chapters are specifically for the legal profession and include: Managing and Marketing Your Practice, CLE Online, and Best Medical Sites for Trial Lawyers.

There are three additional informative segments included as appendixes: Getting to Know the Supreme Court, Finding Court Opinions Online, and State Laws on the Internet.

The book is well organized and easy to use. Paralegals, attorneys, and anyone else doing legal research online will benefit from the resources offered in this book.
