After having BB Harding's book, Essential Oil Wisdom, now for over 8 months it has become an invaluable tool in gaining insight on my path. Whenever I am moving through a challenge in life or a life lesson I will "randomly" refer to the book and the page I flip to in the book with a particular plant's wisdom is always right on with shedding deep understanding into a situation I am facing. This lets the experience become a wonderful opportunity to grow instead of shutting down and feeling overwhelmed by the life lesson! I highly recommend the book to anyway who has a connection with nature and is walking consciously on their path. The book offers loving and gentle but powerful guidance.
