This is a well written and organized introductory to intermediate level book covering SAS/SQL with many clear examples. If you want to learn SAS SQL for writing your own code or for interpreting the code generated by Enterprise Guide and you can only get one book choose this one.
If you have no exposure to SQL start with this book and then consider PROC SQL by Example: Using SQL within SAS. This book is far less redundant than the other introductory level SAS SQL book Proc SQL: Beyond the Basics Using SAS. |
