I love this album. I've purchased some as gifts as well as for myself. It's a great Guaraldi compilation! His style is always crisp and clean, but energetic and inventive and so musical as well. I find myself listening again and again.

Since the pieces are performed by the artist-composer we should not complain about the renditions. However, the Cast Your Fate to the Wind recording is faster than those made by other recording artists and so do not have the sorrowful emotional appeal as the latter renditions had.
