I really like the layout of this book. This is one of the best and simplest books available for reducing anxiety and stress. It helped me discover and focus on the stress reducing techniques that work for me. Highly recommended.

this book contains 102 pages of which half are blank or a picture of some serene place or thing. had i known this i would never had spent the money on it, i have since taken to reading all reviews carefullly befoe doleing out cold hard cash.

I found this book helpful for myself and my clients. The ideas in this book are easy to teach and practical to use. My clients love this book. It is like having your therapist right there with you all the time. If you suffer from stress, you are bound to find something that will help you in this book. This is the most concise and efficient book available today by far!

I am disappointed with this book. Basically, it is 100 pictures with 100 short phrases. I think that there are a lot of good ideas in this book and good things to dwell on, but overall did not find it useful.

Having read many books on stress, this is now the only book I return to. This book offers a wealth of simply explained exercises and techniques you can use immediately to learn to relax and cope with stress and anxiety. It made a real difference in my life. This book encourages you to take responsibility for your thoughts as they create your reality. Everyone should own this book as a reference. You won't regret getting it.

I suffer from anxiety. I bought this book and it has helped me take back control of my thoughts and my life. I carry the book around with me in my bag and when ever I start to feel panicky or overwhelmed I read the pages that help me the most to refocus my mind and calm myself back down again. I tagged the pages that I identify with most with yellow stickies so that when I feel a panic attack coming on I don't need to be scrambling looking to read the things I need the most to remind me to take control of the situation. It really works and has helped me through so much. Thank you so much for writing this book.

This book contains many different ways to reduce your stress. There's virtually something in it for everyone. If you don't like one technique, just turn the page and try another until you find one that works for you. A handy book that should help de-stress lots of people. Well worth the money.

This is a very good book, easy to read, written in a very straight forward, clear and concise way. I found many suggestions and ideas in this book very helpful. I don't normally recommend books but I have even recommended this one to some people I think need it!
