A co-manager/friend gave me this great little book because he said he didn't have time to read it. This book is fanastic! I like it because unlike a lot of other books that I invested my hard-earned cash on, this one is staight to the point and deals with "real-life" management situations and issues. I call it my Supervisor's Bible. Now that I have been promoted to second level management, I will be picking up a couple of copies as a helpful tool for three new managers under my direction.
