I had heard of Coue (pronounced Ku-way) several years ago, even found one of his books at a used book sale, but never delved into his writings until I got a wind of inspiration to do so recently. What joy! This compilation of Coue's major works is a god-send. If you are looking for a means of autosuggestion (self-hypnotism), then Coue is tops...and the originator of said system. The book delves into his autosuggestion theories, provides many examples of healings through its use, and gives personal suggestions for eliminating what ails you. Since the system operates on the unconscious mind, and since you perform it yourself, the results are immediate and amazing. The intimate details pertaining to this amazing man's life are inspiring, intriguing, captivating. The turn-of-the-century style of writing is quaint but potent. You come away from the book feeling not only better--with more hope--but also with a technique for revolutionizing your life forever. I can't extol the benefits of this book enough!
