Never Recieved
I never recieved the product. When I tried to contact her about 2 different times I never recieved a response. I had to file an amazon a-z gaurentee report to get my refund on the book.

This is a good primer for business information systems. Unfortunately, by the time this book was printed, much of the technology is old. I didn't find anything about "cloud computing" which has taken over for small business e-mail and data management.
