An excellent reference for 4th semester students and new-grad RNs. Provides information and guide about the nursing career as a whole.

This book is really helpful in seeing what managers and supervisors go through. It is a smaller book that gets to the point without reading through a bunch of unnecessary filler words.

This is a very good book. It is very easy to follow and not as boring as others. It has pretty good tables which are easy understand and the study questions are a plus. I like the fact that every chapter has a self-assessment test before you start reading it. It makes you think before you even get into the chapter.

Good basic textbook for nursing students, education of new nurses, and/or persons who have recently been promoted to a leadership position without previous leadership experience.

This book was a requirement for my nursing issues and trends course. The book itself was basic stuff that we as nurses already know. What was good about the book was that it took what we know and showed us how to apply it to everyday situations.

This book is interesting and informative. It encourages one to keep on reading. As nurse manager it will assist in braoadening my horizon. Have no regrets in purchasing it.

Loved it, it was a very helpful guide for my nursing role. I got a 96 on my first test.

I had no issues with the seller or the quality of the actual physical book, but this book was redundant and completely boring. Also it was difficult to read and made little sense. I would not recommend this book to anyone.

It came after the estimated date which was too late for my class. By the time I got the book, my teacher had already gone through the entire book. I didn't get to read the textbook until all the lecture was done. But the book was in very good shape!!

My book came on time & the damage was only on the front cover as stated by the seller. Other than that my book was in great condition.
