I'm satisfied with the purchase. The book was exactly what I needed to a class. The chapters are short and to-the-point. I love this book.

This book is well structured and focused; and covers all the key elements of Organizational Behavior in an easy way to understand. I am majoring in Leadership Studies and I have been reading books on this subject and talking to professionals. What I like the most about this text is that how simple and well organized it is; it flows from one chapter to another, and you can easily find answers to all the key concepts you need to know. This book will provide you with all the tools you need to start your journey towards understanding and responding to the behavior of people in real world organizations. Enjoy it.

This book was required for my organizational behavior class. The book is very well written and easy to follow. The chapters flow well and there are a number of graphics that help to organize certain topics. While you would probably only read this book if it was required for class, its a good book to have for anyone in business administration or human resources.

Good book for students who wanna know something about OBM.
It's easy to read and have many useful concepts and skills in the book.

The college book store was out of these and had ordered but we were getting down to the wire. My daughter's class started in 3 days. We got it in time for her class and it was exactly the right one the instructor wanted.

I work at Shaw University and I purchase textbooks for students. I can only comment on the purchase process of this textbook! My purchase was placed on line, textbook was easy to find, payment process was fast, and the textbook was shipped to me in a timely manner. The student was pleased to receive the textbook and had no complaint.

I did not get the "real" copy of this text. I got a version that says made in India and only authorized for distribution in a few countries on the other side of the world!! There do seem to be a lot of typos. Beware the unauthorized copy!

Answered all my emails pormptly and provided great customer service. Ships quickly too! I would order from this seller again!!!
