Good read, worth the money,
This review is from: Essentials of Sports Nutrition and Supplements (Hardcover)
This book is well laid out, cites study after study and disputes the claims of many nutritional (Along with other) "experts" with hard studies. Offers a pretty good synopsis of popular workout supplements along with the pitfalls and benefits of taking them. Well worth the money and a read.

This review is from: Essentials of Sports Nutrition and Supplements (Hardcover)
All Health professionals should have this text in their libarary as a source of reference. Because if everything looks like a nail your only option is a hammer, and that does not not benifit the client long-term. Art and Science is the true measure of one success in the application of cutting edge techniques that will address each individual personal needs.

This is not the book being offered for Kindle!,

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Essentials of Sports Nutrition and Supplements (Kindle Edition)
Long story short, the "kindle version", as of when I purchased it, is not the actual textbook, it is only a study guide. Since they don't seem to have the actual textbook for kindle, this will do you no good unless you already have the hardcover copy of the text. The study guide is essentially a long list of test questions and exercises to help you study, but actually offers no real information.
