This is a great textbook. One of the best i have used. It gives exercise problems after each topic and the questions are directly related to the topic it just explained. The explainations are great. Clear but with no extra rambling to make the textbook longer and to make the authors seem more scholarly. It really helped me, especially when i didnt quite understand the lecture from the professor. Overall a really great textbook.

Great Text! I purchased this for a graduate level statistics course, and I had concerns because its been 30 years since I cracked a statistics text. It starts with the basics and build quickly to more advanced work. Perfect for my needs.

The condition of the book was good.. I did note there was some writing in the book, which was not the case before. I also noted there was some highlighting.. In all cases, this was a good thing.. I appreciated the formulas (writing), and the highlighted areas.. The purchase of the book, and the CD with different Excel spreadsheets, was a very positive experience.. As Arnold has said, "I'll be back..."

This is a great book! It is like Statistics for Dummies only better because it explains so much more than a typical Dummies book. It is great for anyone who has never had statistics but is not too elementary for the student who wants to review. It is great having so many exercises throughout the book. The examples and exercises are just perfect for demonstrating how the formulas apply in business. I highly recommend this book. I bought it used and I will keep it as a reference rather than sell it back once I've finished with my class.

Great Textbook (I need this book for a class). Some of the explanations could have been a bit nore straight-forward. Overall a great text book. It even assits the student with using Excel.

This book was in good condition, but didn't come with the CD that is required for the course. To other college students make sure you get the newest version of the book.

Ordered friday the 21st he shipped it on saturday and i received it on monday. What makes it unbelievable is that i live all the way in new hampshire and this book came from california. Book was exactly as described and in perfect condition. Best person i have ever bought a textbook from off of amazon.

I received the book sooner than expected in the excellent description provided. The book was in "New" condition...

The book came within 2 days and looks like new!! I am very happy with this purchase. I intend to buy more of my text books from Amazon.com.

great delivery great service great condition, however the cd that came with it is not compatible with mac OS X 10.5 Leopard... maybe not a big deal but it screws me over for this class.
