I've been a LeForestier fan since the 1970's when I spent a year in France as a teenager. This is a compilation of his best songs of the past 25 years--a wide range of styles, socially conscious lyrics, and hummable tunes. For those who speak French, LeForestier's lyrics read like poetry, his singing voice is clear and easy to understand. I have used his songs for years with my high school French classes, and this latest greatest hits CD has had my students heading to the local music stores to order their own CD. Highly recommended!
