4.0 out of 5 stars Ready for Spring March 6, 2012
Color Name:To Buy or Bot to Buy
To Buy or Not to Buy is a nice and bright color, but could be a bit too much on long nails. I used white flower decals on the nails of my ring fingers to break up the mass of light purple. It worked well and I received several compliments (though nail decals aren't really my thing). I think it's a safer bet on shorter nails. I purchased this before I started to tan, so my yellow undertones were in full force. Once I've baked to a cinnamony brown, I don't think this color will wear well on me.

Navigate Her is also a nice bright color, and one which might be a bit too much on long nails. Although I like this color alone much better than To Buy or Not to Buy, I received nary a compliment when I wore it with longer nails. I'm wearing it now with shorter nails, and I've gotten plenty of positive feed back. This is a color that I should be able to wear through summer, and my second favorite from the Spring 2012 collection.

Updated- A Crewed Interest is the color I was first drawn to in the Spring 2012 collection, but I didn't buy it till I started to tan. Having brown skin, this seemed to be a color that would look best on me without the heavy yellow undertones in my skin. On my tanned skin it's to die for! A Crewed Interest gets 5 stars from me. However, it is a color that looks best on short nails. I ended up cutting my nails super short in order to pull off the Spring 2012 collection- especially A Crewed Interest, which looks very wrong on super long nails. I can't scratch, but my polish looks hot. =-p

Sadly, I noticed the Spring 2012 colors aren't as opaque as most of the Essie shades I've purchased in the past and look best at 3 coats. At two coats, the manicure might look a little streaky, but the overall consistency of the polishes is fine otherwise.

4.0 out of 5 stars Essie A Crewed Interest September 23, 2012
By Nicole

I absolutely love this nail polish. It's such a pretty, classic-looking nail color. I was a little worried it wouldn't look nice on my skin tone since I'm very pale, it's actually really flattering. However, like most light-colored creme nail polishes, it does apply quite streaky and takes 3-4 coats to get it to full opacity. But once you do, it looks wonderful.
I definitely recommend this color.

It's a light sort of peach, not so coral but more peachy. I love it on my tan skin. When I bought a darker tone of peach/coral, I realized it was too neon and I searched for... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Great spring color
Love the peachy color. Perfect for spring time. Looks nice with against my medium-brown skin. It pops so much against my skin I can't help looking at them throughout the day.

4.0 out of 5 stars beautiful color
I absolutely love this color! My only issue with it is that it takes at least three coats to get a smooth solid finish.

4.0 out of 5 stars Gorgeous spring colour!
I love this colour! It's so pretty!

Took a star off though because it's significantly more pink than peach so the product picture is kind of misleading.

The nailpolish don't last long, too fluid and it have an uncomfortable brush. But nice color and a big bottle!

5.0 out of 5 stars Peachy/Salmony Color
Great colour for my brown skin tone. It's similar to Essie's Van D' Go but with a more peach look to it as opposed to pink. Read more

This is an extremely pretty color for someone with the right skin tone. Unfortunately, that's not me. I gave it to my roommate and she loves it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Color is a little off
I love Essie nail polish! Its always so smooth and dries really fast. The only problem I had with this product is that the color is a littler darker and more green in real life. Read more
