This book is great for the beginner and seasoned real estate professional. If you are not strong in finance, it will obviously take you longer to understand but the material is presented in such a way that it makes sense. The CD that comes along with the book is excellent in helping you to understand the concepts. This is one of those textbooks where you do not really need a teacher, you could just teach yourself. It makes for a great reference book.
