Look for another supplement to help you. This one is terrible -- poor explanations, bad grammar, and terrible organization.

This is an excellent supplement to augment your knowledge of estate and gift tax. While there is currently no Estate tax in 2010 I feel confident that it shall return and knowledge of how to structure estates is vital to asset protection.

This book is only good for an understanding of the very basic estate and gift tax concepts. Furthermore, it doesn't appear that it has been thoroughly updated in a while because the book's discussion on certain key points is not thorough or nonexistent. I have used Gilberts in the past and have been quite satisfied, but not this time.

Some highlight markes but in good condition, took longer to come than anticipated. Had to postpone my study group.
