Quick Answers
I don't see how anyone can invest in real estate without this book. It lists everything an investor needs to know. I used it to help find a rental house. It eliminated a bad choice and saved me money on my actual purchase. Easy read and especially to the point.

I think the title is enough to give this review. It has just enough information to get your started on all the pitfalls, strategies, tips for purchasing an investment property.

Book was brand new and in excellent condition. This is a must have book for anyone considering Real Estate investing. The book is fairly easy to read, straightforward and contains info. on just about any topic as it relates to RE Investing.

This book is very thorough in it's presentation of information. If you are a seasoned investor, it may be too basic for you. The great thing about his books is that he never includes any flashy chapter titles that promise you will get rich and is quick to point out the time and energy involved to get into the business of real estate investing. If you are thinking about investing in real estate or want some information on the topic, it is a great read.
