Terribly important information for chronic illness,
This review is from: Estate Planning for People With a Chronic Condition Or Disability (Paperback)
This book is incredibly important. As a lawyer for people with chronic illnesses, I know how often I get questions about estate planning that directly relate to their illnesses. Martin Shenkman has put together a really thorough and important primer for lay people that's easy to understand and to follow.

As someone who works at a disease research foundation and regularly interacts with people facing Parkinson's disease, I was impressed with this very readable introduction to estate planning for the chronically ill. Regarding issues ranging from living wills to charitable planning, this book will prove indispensable to those living with a chronic illness and estate planning professionals alike.
