I wanted a simple review of estate planning and this book was just that. It is written very simply and avoids a lot of the law jargon. Answered all of my questions about wills and trusts and was a quick read. Few typos but overall no complaints.

This book is great in that it is not filled with "legal-speak". Any legal terms are explained in everyday English. This book opened my eyes to the holes in our "over the internet form" we had as our will. This book made me realize that although we make less than $100k a year, there are still many items that we need to address regarding our property and finances should one or both of us die. What an eye-opener! This book is a great resource for the common, everyday family as well as for those who have many more assets than we do. Creating a solid, viable Will (and having life insurance) should be top priorities for any family.
