William D. Mitchell of Mitchell Law Group, is a frequent lecturer on employment law, employee benefits, and estate planning. A co-author of several books and articles, Mr. Mitchell received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, an M.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, and an M.A. in Taxation from Georgetowm University. Mr. Mitchell is an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, has been listed in Who's Who in America, and has an "av" rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been designated as a Leading Florida Attorney and is the author of The Estate and Retirement Planning Answer Book and the co-author of Employee Fringe and Welfare Benefit Plans. He has practiced in Tampa for 20 years. Mitchell Law Group, P.A. has been in business for 10 years. For three years, Mr. Mitchell was a staff attorney assigned to litigate major antitrust cases for the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and is certified to mediate in federal court.
