Book Description

April 17, 2008 0324655207 978-0324655209 7
Clear, concise, and current, REAL ESTATE LAW, 7e, delivers the latest information on private and public law transactions. It provides a solid survey of real estate law in a generic--rather than state-specific--format. Combining practical legal examples with theory, the text does an excellent job of illustrating the principles of law through text, short case summaries, longer teaching cases, and practical applications. It also helps you recognize when an attorney should be consulted. Packed with real-world examples, the text emphasizes ethical and public policy issues. Insightful exhibits ensure that you fully understand key concepts, while an excellent assortment of cases enables you to apply legal principles to practical situations. Ideal for majors and non-majors alike, the seventh edition prepares you for the next era in real estate law.
