I have EXTREME digestive disorder..every brand of vitimin C has caused upset stomach! ONLY ESTER-C is digestable for me and works fast to remove sores in mouth, helped me avoid pain and infection due to a tooth that must be extracted, end colds faster and helps with my allergies as well....Vitimin C 1 tablet of 500mg per day of the above brand has made my life easier and happier.
I now use two a day to insure healthy gums and avoid infections due to irritations particularly in my mouth, once with breakfast and the other with dinner or just a juice glass of 2% milk.

UPDATE!! Well, I have not changed my mind! This product has been so great I am pushing my Doc to recommend it to all his patients and I think he is impressed as I am with the above results.
Finally got that tooth out, no other medications (except for pain) needed, and NO INFECTION!
I shall continue to tell everyone I know who thinks NO vitamin C works.....I might add, twice as much (1000mg) is just not necessary; my wife, son and grandaughter now use this product.
This has at my age 67 proven itself beyond doubt! It may not stop a cold in progress, but I haven't had a cold since I started taking this product about 2 yrs ago, and that's saying something!
From my doctor: he thinks this product is probably great for people like me with extreme digestive problems and anyone else it works for...we both agree every human is unique and not every product is good for EVERYONE; however, give it a try, two a day, and see how you do. If no improvement, at least you tried to improve your life and don't give up on yourself.

After having the "sneezes and sniffles" for four months, I discovered Ester-C with bioflavonoids! I had tried freshly squeezed orange juice, Redoxon Vit. C etc. Nothing had worked. After taking one of this supplement, all the sneezing and sniffles was GONE! I was amazed! I would highly reccommend this product. The 1000mg is a bit too large though. The 500mg is just the right size.

I have severe allergies and suffer from sinusitis also and of all the vitamin C's that I have tried over the years, this one works the best to help me stay well. In addition, it does not upset my stomach even when I take 2000-3000mg when I feel like I am getting sick. I can't live without it and am glad to find it at such an excellent price on Amazon.

I wish the seller had listed the size of the tablets. They are pretty big, so beware if you purchase this.
