This is the best book published in estimating in building construction. I have purchased many other books on the subject but none gives me the information as this book. Thank you for publishing this book. I think i was the first person who purchased this book.i would like to get the CD that accompaning this volume. Great book.

I purchased the Kindle version of this book thinking of going Green with my textbook purchases for the semester. This was a good idea, however, with this version, I was unable to print off pages from the text, nor was I able to access the book when I was not connected to the internet.
Other than that the book is a good beginning resource and reference for estimating /construction management/ skilled trades students.

I received the book but not the CD which contained the info I needed...what good is a book if it is not fully complete. I have sent 3 request to have the CD sent, but no reply. Please let me know your input on this.

After my school start I knew that lot of appendix of drawing sets are there in original books(that missing) that seller couldn't send me. Without that drawing I can not answer all my assignment ,So now I have to buy another book.So be care full when you are buying a unknown book all parts included in original edition.

This book is part of the academic conspiracy against students. It is 4x over priced because it is a required purchase for students taking accredited classes. The content is fine if price is no object.
