These pills are great for pms symptoms and they are in blister dome packs that are good to go anywhere. There are no drugs in the pills. The pills are made up of vitamins and herbs.

This is a great item. These PMS pills work better for moodiness than any other OTC medication I've used. The PMS relief is all natural, does not contain caffeine, and you only need to take the pills when you have symptoms. I have recommended this product to every woman I know.

I only have one negative thing to say, and it didn't even affect my star rating. I've had the Estroven PMS pills grow black mildew spots on them before I could use them. The expiration date on the box had not even run out when this happened. The manufacturer, Amerifit, did make it right and sent me more Estroven PMS for free. The pills, however, will still mildew if they are not used up almost immediately.

The original Estroven PMS supplements that came out about ten years ago had a pink coating that never mildewed. The manufacturer, however, went to a white coating that will mildew within a very short time--like a month or two. So beware if you are ordering these in large quantity.

The last time I ordered the pack of four 24-count boxes from Amazon, I put all the pills in the freezer when they arrived. They were cold when I took them, but they didn't grow mildew spots before I could use them. They still worked great, despite having been in the freezer.

There are two middle-aged women in our household, and we're both big fans of Estroven products. Estroven PMS is great for periodic use, and is particularly effective at naturally eliminating the hormone-induced anxiety that some women suffer from. I get relief from the physical heart-racing within 20 minutes, which allows my mind to realize all's well; it's just those pesky hormones acting up.

I LOVE this product! I am such a calmer, more relaxed, no cramps person at the time of the month. It is THE BEST PRODUCT! The best product avaiable for PMS, hands down and I have tried them all. Purchase it now, you will be amazed!

I have tried many OTC and prescription remedies for my insane PMS week. Nothing ever made a real difference, including anti-depressants and anxiety meds. I tried Estroven PMS simply because it was "one more thing" to try. It worked. Perfectly. Makes my crazy days normal. The only problem is that it's difficult to find. If you can find it, you'd better buy several because you never know when you'll see it again...
