I'm 40 years old and have NEVER suffered with PMS or PMDD or whatever they're calling it these days...until last year. Suddenly I started suffering with bloating, weight gain, fatigue and the worst sore and swollen breasts you can imagine (WAY worse than pregnancy!) for TWO WEEKS out of each month...and crabby? Whew! Anyway, I saw this in the store and decided to try it before making an appointment with my OBGYN to discuss these new problems. After taking it for 30 days, I believe that I've found a miracle pill! No bloating, no weight gain and I can now have a hug from my son or husband any time without wincing in pain! Thank you, Estroven...I feel like the old me again!

This product works exceptionally well for me. I stopped estrogen therapy and started these about 8 years ago. They seem to relieve menopause symptoms and have many added nutrients. I get them regularly on subscribe & save and love that I don't have to keep track.

It's a bit too soon to tell if these work for my perimenopause symptoms, but it's really hard to force myself to take them regularly because the pills are quite large and they have a horrible, barnyard aroma and taste that lingers on.

If they work for the PM stuff, next time I'm going to try a different variety that doesn't have the vitamins in them as well and see if they're easier to tolerate.
