Hostfalt, who hails from Sweden, presents a clever, innovative improvisation that is matchless. The four track compact disc marks Hostfalt's debut as a lead performer, and "Eternity Check" features American and European interpretations of original improvised material. Hostfalt has studied with Jimmy Guiffre, Paul Bley, Joe Maneri, George Russell as well as master classes with Toru Takemitsu and Gyorgi Ligeti at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.
