I have a lot of Deuter's work as it is so soothing to me and my clients. I took this CD with me on a flight to my brother's funeral and it eased a lot of the emotional pain and over thinking of the event. I find the sounds and timing perfect.

Deuter features the Chinese stringed instrument called the erhu on this album for the first time. The achingly beautiful sound is similar to a cello, but it is uniquely Eastern. This album is my favorite of Deuter's and creates restful space for contemplation or just relaxing.

Deuter is my favorite new-age composer. I use his music as a soothing background for my Tai Chi and Meditation classes. This particular cd, ETERNITY, is permeated with silence between the clear notes of music.
