There was only one thing Bronwyn wanted to be when she grew up: a superhero. Sadly, this goal was made moot when she realized that being a klutz was not, in fact, a super power, and her super-weakness for anything bright and shiny meant that a magpie with self-control could easily defeat her in a battle of wills. So, she turned to writing as a way to unleash her inner superhero. She doesn't get to live on a secret space station orbiting the earth (and thank goodness because she gets motion sick on a merry-go-round), but she still get to wear leotards, a cape and say things like, "STAND ASIDE! THIS IS A JOB FOR WRITING-GIRL!"

Chastity Logan is an award winning, successful business owner but a real bad judge of male character. She has had a couple of hiccups on the roadway to love but the last one is stalking her and trying to sabotage her business. But when she wins the latest contract and winds up working with Ethan Phillips and his company maybe her luck is going to turn around.
Ethan has had more than a few bad turns he was completely burned by his last girlfriend who tried to ruin him and his company. Perhaps he and Chase have too much in common. But the one thing they do not have is an easy road to romance. They are in each other's face, fighting over everything and trying to figure out how to work together and not do any physical damage to the facility.
Over time between the upper cuts and the jabs they wind up figuring out that maybe together they are better than alone. Just maybe they can figure out who is setting Chase up for disaster and find the person that is the corporate spy in Ethan's company. All this and a cup of coffee makes the work day go faster and the nights come sooner.
This books hits on all levels of love, mystery and a touch of espionage. You love that Chase is independent but knows when to get help and that Ethan can figure out when to drop the baggage from his past relationships. A wonderful read for a quiet afternoon with a cup of tea and your laptop turned off!

Bronwyn Storm has got some WOWmazing talent! She captured me instantly with this awesome novel of laughter, suspense and romance all rolled into one awesome roller coaster ride of a book! It totally left me breathless by the end!
I loved all the characters in this romance....or suspense (cause there was that in it too).....novel....even the "bad guys". Why, you ask? The answer is quite simple: they added the suspenseful depth to the plot line and left me turning the pages to find out what happened to Ethan and Chase next. But, the character that I fell head over heals for, was....can you guess it? Ethan! He was that over 6' tall, gorgeously chiseled guy of every woman's dreams, and my heart went out to him. He was burned in a relationship 5 years ago and gave up on ever having an arrow of love pierce his heart. So, what happened when he got ran into by Chase??? I'll leave it there so I don't give away any spoilers and leave you wanting to get a copy of this book for your self :o) .
This is an easily read romance mixed with suspense and humor. From page one I was so engrossed in every aspect of this novel, and smiling at all the funny parts, I found it EXTREMELY difficult to put down. Every time I had to put it down, my mind would be on the book, wanting to see who was trying to sabotage Chase and Ethan's businesses.....and their, well, you know. Happiness. I just HAD to keep going back and finding out what happened next. That's why I had it finished in the span of one day!
This is a book I would recommend to all romance and humor lovers, since there are plenty of laughable moments in this novel. And to suspense lovers, since there is that aspect woven in. It's not overly filled with terribly bad language...in fact, there wasn't a single use of the dreaded F word, just a few other mild words well spaced out. With only one bedroom scene that wasn't really overly detailed (just enough to be sexy without going overboard), this was a GREAT 4 star book that I would like to see more of from this HIGHLY talented author! Well done, Bronwyn!

Much to Ethan's surprise, the new programmer is a woman. Not just any woman but Chase. Ever since Chase spilled her coffee all over Ethan, he has not been able to stop thinking about her. Will Ethan commit to Chase or take off running in the opposite direction as fast as he can?
There were so many great moments in this book that I can't name them all. There were a few though that that really had me smiling and laughing. There was the moment when Chase bumped into Ethan with her coffee and was speaking to him in French. The only two phases she knew were..."Do you speak English" and "Do you want to sleep with me?" My other favorite scene was when Chase was at the vending machine sweet talking it into dropping her chocolate brownie and Ethan walked up behind her.
Ethan and Chase had some sizzling chemistry between them. Ethan is easy on the eyes and looks good out of a suit as he does in one. Ethan's Chase is a sexy, fun, quick read. This book makes me want to give chase of my own and check out more books by Mrs. Storm.

Great book!
Ethan's Chase is a great book! Storm's characters are real and her writing style is super funny. If you want to laugh out loud and be moved, then definitely read this book!!
