The Ethical Will Kit is a unique and wonderful way to help me think through and develop a written legacy for my husband and sons. It is a simple idea, that of passing on our values to our family. But getting started is difficult. With the help of the examples in the kit and the clear and concise guidance it provides, it makes it so easy to do. I found the kit to be of great value to me as I write my ethical will and I am certain others will too. I wish this kit was available when my own parents were living -it would have been a wonderful way for them to leave loved ones with a written legacy of values that I know they lived, but would have been so much more precious had they written them down.

This "kit" is exactly what it purports to be - a useful, easy to understand "how to" guide to preparing an ethical will. I have read many ethical wills and thought about writing one for almost a year. This kit gave me an easy to use formula to writing my ethical will, while helping me think for myself about its contents. It provided the impetus for getting the job done.

I have also found the kit helpful for the estate planning clients in my law practice. The kit helps them express their wishes for their families and formulate their wills and trusts.

This is a reasonably priced tool that, when used as intended, will guide the user through a process that he or she will find rewarding, enlightening and enriching. I recommend it highly.

This Ethical Will Resource Kit, by Barry K. Baines, M.D., is very timely and is an excellent tool to assist families in sharing their values. The clarity and simplicity of the kit allows families to feel they can do this too. Thank you Dr. Baines for your foresight to develop this informative kit. I hope to utilize some of these methods and tools in my professional and personal life.

Dr. Baines' Ethical Will Resource Kit is a great work. My father died when I was 2 years old and I wish he had written down his values for me. I have used the Ethical Will Resource Kit to leave my 11 and 8 year old sons my values and it has enriched my life in many ways. Everyone could benefit from this sensitive and timely work.

I was extremely disappointed as I was expecting useful information above and beyond the respective web page's information. This short, brochure-like book, contains nothing that a person of minimal intelligence doesn't already know. While I love the concept, this book, in my opinion, contributes nothing to the desired results - letters to our children.

As a health care provider,parent, and child Dr. Baines' book is a godsend. It provided me with the essential tools to break barriers in my family. It allowed a legacy to be passed on. This was of immeasurable value to my family. It helped in guiding us as a family to allow better communication of our valued beliefs. This is a book that should be shared with all. All of us here in Boston will benefit from this book. Great job Dr. Baines!

The topic was new to me and this seem to contain a great deal of information and guidance in how to put together such a document.

For several years I have helped folks get started writing their life story. Now that I have discovered the idea of the Ethical Will, I think it is the perfect addition to a life story. This resource is short and to the point and gives the direction needed to write out what you really value in life and hope to pass on to your descendants. We often think about our children and grandchildren but we need to realize that descendants born long after we are gone will also read this. This is our connection to them, gives them roots and belonging to the family. You can impact the lives of future generations by taking the time to read this book and follow its simple guidelines.

An utter waste of money and time. I scanned the net on google with "ethical will" and got much better exhibits...at no charge.
