Ethics Across Cultures by Michael C. Brannigan covers many topics and I used it for a college course about ethics and cultures. Many of the ethics are clearly summarized while giving examples of what a Utilitarian, Buddhist, etc would do in a certain situation and going over potential strengths and weaknesses at the end of each segment.
I am glad I picked this book up and feel that I know the basics of various beliefs a lot clearer now and I highly recommend this want to skim the surface of various views such as utilitarianism, kant's deontology, islamic ethics, feminism, hinduism, and a lot more- such as moral relativism, perpsectivalism, absolutism. Great for those who want to study cultural ethics, as the title suggests.

The shipping was quick and came like new. The book itself is engaging. I used it for my philosophy and religions class. My professor informed us that some parts of the book weren't exactly accurate. However, I still found it to be insightful and it taught me a lot about philosophies and religions other than my own.
