Although many people consider themselves ethical, having moral character and integrity, this book helps to explain that not all people think the same in this area. It is especially important when in public service, no matter how large or small the organization, or your position there. This primer is just that - a primer, giving an overview and snapshot of different ethical approaches, examples of Codes of Ethics, and help in implementing ethics as a SOP in an organization. Very informative and thought provoking.
