5.0 out of 5 stars FIRST HAND ACCOUNT FROM RAIDERS AND DEFENDERS OF CORPORATE AMERICA, NOW AND IN THE 80'S, June 18, 2006
This review is from: Ethics in America: Anatomy of a Corporate Takeover (VHS Tape)
For those of you interested in learning an inside account of the corporate takeover game, this is the tape for you. It has the raiders from the 80's, Sir. James Goldsmith, T. Boone Pickens and Fred Joseph of Drexel Burnham. It of corse has the defenders, corporate ceos, etc. And a few white nights, Warren Buffet for one. All debating on the future of a fictional company that each owns or is raiding. Oh yes, it also includes input from plenty of bankers, such as the Salmon Bros. ceo, and corporate attorneys.

The best presentation on takeovers to date.
