4.0 out of 5 stars Ethics in Counseling, the review
The book is easy to follow and easy to understand. The written language of the book is not "stuffy," by this I mean it is not written in a style where you're wondering who the author had as his target audience. I enjoy the clarity, and the expertise with which the book was written.

I called Cengage - the publisher - to tell them that in the second chapter there is errata and that this book is following apart. They said that since I bought it from Amazon I would have to go through Amazon....even for the errata. What rude obstructive people they are. She said she was sorry that I bought the book from Amazon. The book is fine except for the poor...

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, all inclusive!, July 29, 2011

This book is a classic and a must for every counselor of every type and for every student in that field. I do however, recommend that you spend the few extra dollars and buy the hard cover. It's worth it for all the times you will refer to it. I am going to go to a bookbinder to have my paperback copy bound in a hardback cover.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ethically Trained, August 29, 2010

My outstanding professor knew what she was doing when she chose this book. I learned much about ethics in matters such as online counseling. When I become a counselor, I will not do it! I was also impressed with what was taught about areas such as conflict of interests. I hope that this book will do revisions at least once a year as new things come up.
