This is a great Kindle free ebook. Often I want to refer to other works. You can download a free Kindle file of the works of Aristotle ed. by W.D. Ross from archive.org by searching on "Aristotle Organon and Other Works." I put it on my Kindle for PC and searched for each title and built a basic TOC in a few minutes on my Kindle device. Anyway, hope this is useful. Here's locations for the TOC:

Almost laughable to rate Aristotle. We lack ethics in todays world, this book is a reminder of their importance. Read too, Marcus Aurelius, also free on Kindle. What a fabulous world it is when such great writing is free.

This is the Kindle edition? February 28, 2012

I give Ethics a 5 star rating, but this Kindle edition is a shame. No active ToC, a poor translation and distracting formatting issues make this unreadable. The books and chapters are separated by [ Sidenote X: ] subheadings. Aristotle's Ethics is a nuanced and complex work, but it shouldn't be an unduly laborious read due to formatting. I am very happy that this and other classics have been published for free, but I just got done with The Republic, a book almost twice as long, and it didn't have the formatting issues this does. Kudos for the effort, but I had to get a copy from my library to read instead.

That said, if you have already read Ethics, this does make for an easily searchable reference copy.

Ethics was once the study on happiness
The work of Aristotle on Ethics is really a work on finding happiness. I think this contrasts greatly with today's view that ethics are both hard and rigid with legal implications. Read more

Hard read but a good read.
I have not yet fully finished reading this book but it is a rather deep read. I hold a BA in Philosophy so I am used to books of this nature but it could be a very strenuous read... Read more

What's to say? It is Aristotle on Ethics!
Classic read, and the price was cheap. Kindle version. Get it if you want to read the classics. If you have a kindle or e-reader with kindle capabilities, I would add this.

Are you kidding?
This is a part of how we as a culture became who we are. No thinking person can think they are well educated without having read this book.

Aristotle needed an editor.
The bad: This writing is scattered, a product of its antiquated time, and Aristotle really needed an editor to trim the spare words out. Read more

To Aristotle or to Plato the State is, above all, a large and powerful educative agency which gives the individual increased opportunities of self-development and greater capacities for the enjoyment of life. "e;

We must, however, remember that the production of good character is not the end of either individual or state action: that is the aim of the one and the other because good character is the indispensable condition and chief determinant of happiness, itself the goal of all human doing.
