In this case i received two cd of book HOY ES IMPORTANTE, and only one cd of ETICA LA UNICA REGLA PARA TOMAR DECISIONES. What so?

Lamentablemente recibí el item: "Hoy es Importante" del mismo autor, en vez del solicitado. Presenté el reclamo y devolví el producto. En tres oportunidades cometieron el mismo error de envío. Nunca recibí este producto:
