Is his latest album, Hermeto Paschoal exhibits all that has made him famous worldwide. Everything is there: the atmospherical surrouding, the complex harmonies and, of course, the weirdest musical instruments in the world. Hermeto plays tea pots, toys, and ever sings with his mouth full of water. Everything is an instrument in his hands. The band is also amazing, both in technics and harmony. It's brazillian music at it's best, so, if your interested in south-american culture or ever world music,

Hermeto Pascoal's brilliance cannot be overstated! This man emits music from every single pore of his body. He finds his music in all of his surroundings, producing organic, soulful, universal sounds. On this release, we get to hear Hermeto solo, using all acoustic instruments, traditional and non traditional, all to stunning effect. I was blessed enough to see him play some of this material live. This man wails on air pump, water glass, and childrens toys like no one else! And the compositions are beautiful, as always. Rhythmically and harmonically advanced, unique and joyful! Anybody serious about improvisation, composition and innovative music should own this!

One of my favorite records of ALL TIME! Especially when I'm in a compositional rut or I need inspiration, I put this on and I am transformed. And in my opinion, Hermeto sounds even better by himself on this recording. A true masterpiece!

at this age ?most of the people just wait the evening tea.But the time pass and hermeto continue to enjoy my ears and the rest.Music of senses and emotions.
