The Eugene O'Neill Bible,
By
This review is from: The Eugene O'Neill Companion: (Hardcover)
I picked this book up when preparing to play James Tyrone Jr. in A Moon for the Misbegotten. The book covers every major character in O'Neill's body of work and includes a detailed synopsis of each work. Additionally, the book includes fairly detailed biographies for O'Neill, and his family members- helping paint a portrait of possibly America's greatest playwright. This is an excellent addition to any theater library.
