4.0 out of 5 stars Eugene O'Neill Irish-American playwright, September 27, 2003
This review is from: Eugene O'Neill [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This inspired biography of Eugene O'Neill, the Irish-American playwright, dwells on his Irishness and his family background to show how his later life was shaped by his early experiences. The roots of his semi-autobiographically play, "Long Day's Journey into Night," are given in detail. And particular emphasis is given to his beginnings in the theater.
