i purchased this well produced kitty food for my cat who seems to have allergies to rice mixtures in other cat food products. She really likes to eat this product and there is no rice in the ingredients to affect her.

Sorry folks but in this day and age of enforced frugality I shop with an eye to the best price point. In this case although I really do love shopping at Amazon for all sorts of items, if their price plus shipping and sales tax doesn't compute then I don't buy it. The product is great for both of my kittens. I have used this particular brand for years including other types for older and mature cats. Their coats are smooth and silky and there is a type of food I believe that helps in the case hair balls! Investigate it. I haven't used this for years. Anyway a five star review for the item. A thumbs down for the price.
