The Mighty Mite canister vacuum is equipped with powerful brush rolls to deep clean carpets and a full set of tools are provided for specialty cleaning such as stairs and upholstery. This canister vacuum can pick up dust and pet hair easily. It has also made cleaning the insides of a car more convenient as it sucks up dirt and other small particles from under the seats as well as the sides.

Equipped with a 12 amp motor, this canister vacuum not only creates powerful suction but also makes cleaning quick and efficient. The onboard tools such as the crevice tool, upholstery nozzle/dusting brush and carpet/bare floor nozzle provide easier access to even the hard to reach areas. 2 extension wands also help clean the drapes and pull out cob webs from the ceilings. This bagged canister vacuum includes a triple filtration bag system. The vacuum comes with a limited 1 year warranty.
Getting the Best Results
• Connect the hose to the front of the canister and attach the wands to the hose handle. Extend the telescopic wand by pushing lock button down and pulling on the wand until reaching desired height.• Adjust to maximum suction by closing the slip ring on the hose handle. Attach combination tool, crevice tool and turbo nozzle to the end of the hose. If additional reach is needed, place the wand on the hose handle first.
• To use the blower port, detach hose from the front side of the canister and attach it to the blower port on the back side of the canister.
• The dust bag and motor filter play a very important role in the efficiency of the vacuum cleaner. If the bag or the motor filter becomes clogged, no air can pass through the cleaner and no cleaning can take place no matter how powerful the unit is. To keep the cleaner operating at maximum efficiency, change the dust bag frequently and clean the filter as needed.
• Some fine particles can restrict the airflow very quickly and will decrease performance even before the bag appears to be full. For that reason, when vacuuming carpet fresheners or cleaners, powder, plaster dust or similar fine substances, the bag and filter may need to be changed more often.

Mighty Vacuum,

After our quite old Eureka canister vacuum had finally gone belly up, we were looking for an appropriate replacement. Because this was needed primarily for cleaning hardwood floors, there were a few critical criteria. It had to be strong, yet compact in size. It should not be too loud, and the tool assortment should be appropriate for floors and vacuuming cat hair of various furniture items. Finally, we did not want to have to mess around with cleaning out bagless vacuum containers. The Eureka Mighty Mite 3670 came through with flying colors on all fronts. It produces a powerful vacuum, easily maneuverable, convenient for storing, the noise is not too bad, and a good price. This vacuum cleaner gives an excellent value, and, certainly, gets the job done that we bought it for.

Both Eureka and Amazon need to do a much better job of describing and clarifying the differences in models in "The Boss - Mighty Mite" canister vacuum series.
Don't make the mistake that I almost did of buying the wrong model of this vacuum. There is also a 3670G model on Amazon (as of this writing) which is identical to this one but contains a 12 amp motor (versus only 9 amps for this one). For only about $5-$10 more in price, you get a more powerful vacuum with the 3670G. I'm glad I discovered the difference in time to get that one (which is a great machine!) instead of this less powerful model (which apparently also goes by the name of 3670A). This one may be great for those who don't need the extra power however and prefer the less expensive price instead. The price difference between the two models is so small however that I'm not sure why this smaller one is even offered. All other features of the two are identical. My review of 4 stars applies to the 3670G instead of this model and the only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel that the attachments should include a 4-5 " wide accessory brush instead of just the 2-3" combination tool, crevice tool and 10" floor tool currently included. The vacuum is an outstanding value in all other regards.

For the money, this is a great little vacumn. I use it more than my $350 upright, since it's light and versatile. But, you may want to order better dusting and floor tools than the ones that come with it.
