Eureka 61805 Style "DCF-2" Vacuum Dust Cup Filter

This is not the first time I have ordered an after-market HEPA filter for my Eureka Whirlwind Big Cup, and not the first time that it hasn't fit correctly. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that Eureka makes any themselves anymore, so owners are kind of stuck until they upgrade to a new vac.

The big problem with this is that it just doesn't twist in very well, and sometimes will drop down into the dust cup while vacuuming. Then you have to fish around in that muck and put it back in and hope it sticks. The fact that it doesn't lock in well leaves me wondering if it is even performing its job correctly, and if it really is a HEPA filter.

I've double and triple-checked all of the model number info, so I know it's the filter and not me. ;o)

it seems well made but the problem is that it doesn't fit quite right - so that even with some muscle put into it the filter falls off. I've had to tape it in place.
beyond that, it's a filter, and a good price .

Excellent product. Exactly what I needed. Easy to find when searched for it. Good pictures to confirm product was what I needed.

This was just what I needed and for about half the price of the best competitor.

fits my Eureka vacuum perfectly, and no issues so far. So far so good! the last one I bought (from another seller) broke within a few months.

This works perfectly with our Eureka upright. Recommend replacing on schedule and wiping with a wet cloth to keep its effectiveness.

This worked fine for me. Looks and fits exactly like the original. Great price for a hard to find filter.

Filter arrived promptly. Unfortunately, it's the wrong filter for the upright. Not the seller's fault. The brainiacs who sold me the vacuum put the wrong instruction booklet in the box listing the wrong replacement filter. The actual filter number is in small print on the vacuum cannister - so be sure to check the vacuum itself before ordering. You have to check everything these days. It seems that companies are hiring too many people who just don't care.
