I bought this bag for summer backpacking trips and have taken it on two so far. The coldest nights I've experienced in it have only been in the 50's, and I didn't need to zip the bag or layer up, though I can't yet vouch for lower-temperature comfort. The provided stuff sack helps compact the bag to a reasonable size. It's nothing to brag about in terms of compactness or weight, but smaller and/or lighter-weight bags seem to mostly be more pricey or potentially less warm. An added bonus is that the bag seems to breathe well by my standards, even in pretty humid conditions. Overall, I'm satisfied with this bag as it serves my summer-weather purposes well.
