This screen house is wonderful if at times you want to keep out the rain, wind, or sunlight. All sides have drop curtains so you can raise, lower whichever ones you want. Set up was easy and one person could do it. The product quality is excellent....you get what you pay for!! Poles are sturdy. Poles to use a curtain as an awning are included. My only fault is that guy ropes to tie the tent down are not included....a mystery because it certainly would not be a big added expense. The best price was at Amazon...more than 100 bucks saved!

All I can say is WOW. I love this tent. I first bought the Paha Que 12x12 screen room and what a mistake that was!

This tent is very easy to set up and is made of very durable meterials. The best part is it is so easy to "Batten down the hatches". If it looked like rain just zip down the sides. If we were going to be gone all day just throw everything in and zip down the sides! No pesky ties to deal with. Also there are flaps that cover the zippers! There will be no rain coming in here. We had tons of rain and winds this summer and this tent held up very well and every one/thing was dry.

I am 6 feet tall so hight is always a problem for me but not with this tent...plenty high but not too high. There is a clip in the middle of the roof to attach a lantern and by chance I had bought a lantern with a remote before I got this tent and thought I would never use the remote(How silly really!) but we attach the lantern to the top and then we have the remote to turn it off and on because even at 6ft tall I cannot reach the hanging lantern.

We usually have at least 4 kids running in and around and the zippers have held up to their rough handling. I was ready to hate this tent because I really wanted the Paha Que tent to work out but I am so GLAD I have this tent. I think it was thought out better and has every thing you didn't even know you would want.

After purchasing a Eureka tent many years ago, we would not have any other brand for our camping needs. This screen house is so easy to put up and the quality of materials is very high. It is large enough to erect over the campsite's picnic table and still have plenty of room to move around and have at least two coolers inside. The feature we love is that it has rain curtains incorporated into the design. If is it rainy, the canopy is convenient if you still want to grill. Highly recommended!

This screen house is the center of my big camp. I upgraded to this one after struggling in the rain with another, lesser quality screen house. The Northern Breeze is worth the extra cost. The walls/awnings provide shelter from the rain as well as additional privacy. It can be a little difficult for one person to assemble, but I've managed. It is very well designed. I've spent many hours in bad weather inside this and it is so nice to be able to reconfigure the awnings and walls. During extended rain, it is more comfortable and far less claustrophobic to set up an awning rather than keep all 4 walls down. However, If you set up the awning as pictured, it will pool with rain water. The water slopes back toward the tent and doesn't drain until it is really full... then it will dump. For better rain shedding, I only use two poles and set them with a long pole on the end, a short pole in the middle and only a guy line to stretch out the corner. This provides a proper slope and the rain drains to one side. A single set of awning poles (1 long & 2 short) is included, but you can order more directly from Eureka. Get at least one more long pole. I've been really happy with this and all of my Eureka tents. Happy Camping!

We just came back from a 3-week camping trip in Northern Ontario. As you can imagine, it was cold and wet, and worth every minute.

I'll start with this: the product is amazing, made exceptionally well, with high-quality materials. Setup is easy and can be done by one person (with some experience). It is sturdy and makes our camping experience so much more enjoyable. It is, without question, worth the premium we paid for it.

This screen house did what it was supposed to do, and very well. We bought it because of the walls that could be dropped or raised depending on the weather. Naturally, most of the time the walls were down, and amazingly the thing didn't let in a single drop.

Below is the only somewhat negative points you may want to consider; I would still buy it if I knew about them beforehand, but I may have prepared better.

The awning was kept open at all times, with 3 poles supporting it; as other reviewers mentioned, it collects water; if it's raining hard, it becomes an issue, as the water collected becomes too heavy and may damage the tent. And as the water overflows and falls down periodically - it creates nasty puddles; and every time it splashes it soils everything nearby. Also - the awning leaks along the seam in the middle (actually, only in one spot). It's not a big deal, but it is annoying.

It is made of dark material, so it is dark inside. I would have preferred if it was white, it would have been much nicer and brighter during the day. However, it is brighter when the walls are raised. Also, it may be too warm inside in hot weather. Where we go hot weather isn't an issue :)

Overall - a great product, I can recommend it to anyone serious about camping. Its biggest strength is with waterproof walls that can be raised and dropped as needed. It creates an extra space on your campsite that is always dry and weatherproof. If, however, you're going to a place where it doesn't rain - you may be better off with bigger standard screenhouse.

Great Screen Tent, I like the double entry exit feature and roll up privacy flaps/awnings. Zippers are good, usually one handed but on occasion will catch the cover. On the down side the roof seams need some kind of seam seal/silicone treatment as it did weep, not leak, water during a hard rain. One might want longer tent stakes too.

This screen house was great on our latest camping trip. We had a variety of weather, mostly rain and this allowed us to keep everything dry including ourselves. It's the most veratile screen house we've ever owned, You can have all the walls down or some down or have all the screens down or some down. You can have one awning up or have an awning on all four sides (if you purchase 3 more pole sets). We had other campers stop and ask us where we bought it so they could get one. The only problem we had was there is a small imperfection on one of the zippers near the top, but we could still use it, and when it rained hard the very top had a small leak. The only suggetion I would have to make is they should have vented the peak so it's not so hot inside.

We used this for a total of five weeks camping this summer. It was easy and quick to put together and made of high quality material. Having one awning up and two sides rolled up (depending on where the sun was) kept a nice breeze going through it on hot days. Not a drop of rain came through it on rainy days.

After our last trip we hosed it down at home and it still looks like new. Definitely one of our favorite pieces of camping equipment and made a perfect extra room next to our trailer. Highly recommended, not sure how we ever lived without it, and got the best price on Amazon.

a good screen tent and the flaps keep the weather out. With the extra tie downs didn't budge in thunderstorms and kept the rain off. With some practice set up and take down is easy. A good product and with Amazon I saved over a hundred bucks and had free shipping!

I am happy with the Northern Breezeway. I live in Alaska where we not only have a lot of bugs to contend with but we also have constantly changing whether that can be a challenge for any screen tent. The vertical side walls and the built in rain curtains were a good feature for the constantly changing weather. We stayed dry through a couple of heavy rain storms. I also liked the awnings because it was nice to sit outside the tent, under the awning, when it was sunny. The 2 full length doors with multiple zipper options were also very useful. In fact, when it gets really windy I would recommend completely opening both sides so the wind can flow through (more about that later). The size of the space was also very nice. We didn't have any problems assembling but there were two of us and my husband attached the highest clips because I can't reach them. If it was only me assembling the tent, I would need to attach the high clips before erecting.

Things to consider:
-In heavy wind, this tent needs to be staked down well. Consider purchasing steel stakes if wind is an issue where you are. The plastic ones that the tent comes with just don't do the trick. The tent flipped on us because we did not have it staked down well and we had the rain curtains down. Completely opening both doors to let the wind blow through also helps. This is an issue in all screen tents. The screens also catch the wind, regardless of whether the rain curtains are down.
-The screen sides don't go as high as some other tents. This makes it a little dark inside and taller people need to crouch or sit to see out. This was not a big issue for us because we were sitting most of the time when we wanted to watch what was outside. Plus it seems like it would compromise some of the sturdiness of the tent if the screening went higher. Never the less, it would have been nice if maybe the tent was made with brighter fabric.
-the awning does collect water when it rains but we have not had a problem with water pooling up there for too long. It seemed like when water got to a certain level it would just pour off one of the sides. In fact, we had friends who would shelter themselves under the awning part of our tent while it was raining. We ordered extra poles so that we could have an awning at each of our doors. We really liked the awnings. Even in the rain. The tent only comes with poles to prop up one side.
