For two-in-one cleaning convenience, Euro-Pro combines a handheld vacuum and a stick vac into a single streamlined package with this cordless Shark. The 9-3/5-volt unit is suitable for quick pickups on bare floors as well as dry spills in workspaces, playrooms, or dining areas. Although, like many other cordless vacuums, this model may have less suction than its corded brethren, it is convenient for on-the-fly cleaning. The dirt cup is bagless with a built-in filter, and the high-capacity battery runs for extra long. Switching from the stick to the handheld configuration is straightforward, and the crevice attachment and dusting brush are handy in either mode. A wall-mount bracket is also included, though it is intended for the vacuum in the handheld shape only. Maybe I got a defective unit, but it had very faint suction. Once there was the least little bit of hair or fuzz on the filter there was aboslutely no suction. Hold your hand up to the business end and you won't even feel air moving.The instructions recommend emptying the vacuum and washing the filter after every use, but the filter is supposed to be allowed to dry for 24 hours. Makes no sense.

I bought this item and was satisfied with it for the first 100 days or so until it completely stopped working. Euro Pro support is HORRIBLE. It took them 6 weeks from the date I called them to send me a new adapter; my unit still did not work with the new adapter. Then they told me they could fix it, but would charge me shipping and handling both ways. I am just going to throw it out and buy the Dirt Devil I should have bought in the first place. I had one that I bought used and worked for years.

The price seemed right, but the amount I paid for this (on sale) was wayyyy too much. My model literally couldn't pick up the little peices of paper from a hole-puncher on my desk (or on my carpet). When I first used the carpet sweeper attatchment I thought it was working but it turned out that all the dirt was just getting picked up in the brush (that is, until the brush was full). The manual said it would work better after a few charges but I've put some serious socket/ carpet time into this vacuum with no results. Don't waste your money.
