This is a really fun learning tool! It's filled with games and I can't believe how much Georgian I have already learned. I'm also impressed that they have such a great product for such an obscure language. I only wish it had more to it - but this is a great start to anyone who wants to speak some Georgian - especially for anyone planning to travel in Georgia.

I'm not impressed with the format at all. The interface is poorly designed, hokey, and counterintuitive. The CD comes alone--no instructions for using it and no phrase book. It would be far simpler to convert this to an instant downloadable product.

That being said, it is a decent tool for learning simple words and phrases. The pronunciation of each word is clear (male and female voices pronounce each word). I added all the tracks to the iPod function on my phone, and it's handy to use when I have a few minutes of downtime.

This is one of the few resources on the market for learning Georgian. If you want to learn the language and grammar, you'll find Dodona Kirzia's book and CDs a much richer resource.

Talk Now! is a good way to sharpen your listening skills and extend your vocabulary. There is a wide range of difficulty from one word category to another. Think you're a whiz after mastering "First Words" "Food" and "Colors"? You'll be challenged mightily when mastering "Time" and "Phrases". Worth buying. To strengthen spelling/reading skills while vocabulary-building, I highly recommend Byki.

It by no means is a good learner for the Georgian language, but, as it is, is the best one there is out there.

I may never be able to master this language but this a good product to attempt this project. Have a Georgian friend and would like to be able to say a few things just for the fun of it!
