Eurotalk's "Norwegian Vocabulary Builder" is designed as an interactive computer-based beginner course in Norwegian for young children and perhaps for the adult with no background in foreign languages. The computer format allows the learner to associate a Norwegian word with its pronounciation in Norwegian and with an image of the object or action named. At a slightly more advanced level, it offers word games for practice.This CD-ROM is recommended for parents preparing young children for a visit to Norway; it is designed to introduce children to the basics of the language. The average adult wil run through this instruction very quickly. |
