I would not recommend buying this product.

I was really hopeful when I saw this professional looking "let's learn Latvian" that I could give to a friend who is really trying hard to learn Latvian. (I'm a native Latvian speaker who needed some backup help to teach him better than I can :)

Unfortunately, every time he tries to run this program, the program crashes. And by "crashes", I mean it loads up (on his mac, which the software claims to be suitable for), shows him the introduction screen, and every button or link he clicks on causes the program to blink out of existence. Load it again, and repeat. He's not learned one single word form this program.

At this point, we've found some promising programs available on-line that we'll be trying out instead of CDs like this one.
