good, but not perfect
This is simple to use and covers all the bases. One word of warning- the maps still list Yugoslavia as a country. This is the only error I've detected so far, but I am only halfway through the material. I would still buy this, since fixing the map was a natural way to lead to some great discussion.

Not enough info
The book has great ideas, but a lot of the information for the students to learn is not in the book. There are a lot of questions that students need to use atlases, the internet, or other non-fiction reference books to answer the questions. I do not have a lot of the resources needed for the students to answer the questions.
