Mary Murray Bosrock is a writer, lecturer, and well-known expert on cross-cultural communication.  As former international editor of Foreign Trade magazine, Mary has worked and traveled in countries all over the world.  She is a popular radio, and television guest, appearing on CNN, CNBC, Fox News, and the A&E Network, among others.  Mary is an adjunct assistant professor in the Masters of International Business School at the University of St. Mary’s.  She also serves on the board of Africa Calls Today, the American subsidiary of the Damietta Peace Initiative.

Good easy to read overview on how to deal with people in each country. Excellent reference that you can quickly review before you travel to a country identifying mannerisms, potential gifts, hand gestures not to make, and common sense items.

I found this book to be a good business and travel tool. It is full of usefull information. I wish it had sections on Asia and the Middle East. Well worth the money.
