European Polka Hits is a delightful selection of german and swiss music that tends to rase your being beyond the physical realm and makes you feel like you are actually in the alps. I highly recommend it to all German music lovers.

A super collection of polkas in the Bavarian and Tyrolean style. If you like polkas, these tunes will give you goose bumps.

This is an album full of wellknown and unknown pearls of the south german and austrian countries in Europe. Well played and if you are into this type of music, worth while listening too. And the beauty of it is : this album is not available in Holland so Thanks to Amazon I layed a hand on it.

Very high quality recordings, better than most European Oktoberfest/German/Polka music I've listened to. The selection includes a broad range of instrumentals and vocals - perfect mix! Every song is quality.

When you want to dance and need to get your feet going, put this cd in and turn it up. If this one cann"t get your heart started see your doctor. Quickly... Seriously some of the best music going. Enjoy!

I bought this because I wanted to have a CD of polka music. The best part is that each song is labeled as to what region of Germany it came from.

Excellent polka music for a true Croatian family who wants

to have fun

If you've ever experienced Oktoberfest in Germany, this cd will bring back memories. Half the songs were just like munchen and included some yodeling. These are REAL polka's. Not like some of the American cd's I have bought, which included the banjo and sounded like German Deliverance on a bad day. The other half sounds like folk songs with the primary instrument being the dulcimer. Not what I heard at oktoberfest, but enjoyable all the same.
